Recently, the decision of the founder of the group to open a subsidiary in Marbella, corresponds totally to the growing demand on the Costa del Sol for exceptional solutions or high-level constructions such as complete renovations, decoration and customization of both interior and exterior buildings .
Transforming and renovating an old facade with a new avant-garde design, we use the materials and technologies used in the manufacture of yachts.
We keep the old facade and apply a completely new one already prefabricated individually, and installed several centimeters from the building.

Our teams are composed of specialists related to all construction disciplines, all reinforced by our own system of research in techniques, processes or new materials. We offer our customers the new formula AZ + of all types of operations related to a property.
This means that our group is in charge of the analysis, the conception, the study, the technical documentation and the elaboration of the plans. Carrying out the entire process of renovation of the property until the delivery of the keys in hand, from the “A” (beginning of works) to the “Z” (completion of the same).
We offer our clients the possibility of 100% building maintenance up to ten years after the work is completed . The AZ + formula totally excludes the delay in our commitment to customers, since in our company there is only a single interlocutor that deals directly with the client from the beginning of the works until its completion.
Giving with it a guarantee and absolute security to our clients . There is a responsibility for financial penalization by our company in case of not finishing the work in the established time (never applied until now).
